1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and cx77 ("cx77", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cx77 platform, including the website at cx77.app, any associated mobile interfaces, and all services provided therein, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and account management functions.

By registering a cx77 account, accessing the cx77 login page, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager through cx77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & KYC

To use cx77's services, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep this information updated. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Each person may hold only one cx77 account. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances at cx77's discretion.
• cx77 implements Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with international licensing standards. You will be required to submit identity documents (CNIC or passport), and in some cases proof of address, before withdrawals are processed. For Pakistani users, CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the primary accepted identity document.
• cx77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations, including source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
• Until KYC verification is complete, cx77 may restrict certain account functions including withdrawals.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cx77 login credentials, including your email address, username, and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your cx77 account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Not share your cx77 login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All cx77 account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to financial transactions on cx77:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, subject to availability. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• cx77 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to verified cx77 accounts that have completed KYC. cx77 will generally return funds to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• cx77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals, including for large amounts or where account activity is flagged by the compliance system.
• cx77 does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. cx77 is not responsible for third-party fees.
• Deposit and withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer. Withdrawal processing typically occurs within 24-72 hours of request for verified accounts.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cx77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders, subject to the following general terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and other specific conditions published at the time the bonus is offered. These specific conditions form part of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and free spin winnings are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• cx77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to your account, and to void bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a technical error.
• A maximum withdrawal limit from bonus winnings may apply and will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless cx77 expressly states otherwise. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously without cx77's written permission may result in forfeiture of all associated winnings.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on cx77:

• All bets, wagers, and game rounds are final once confirmed. cx77 does not cancel or void settled bets except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game or sports betting rules.
• cx77 sports betting markets, including cricket betting, are governed by specific sports rules available in the cx77 platform. In the event of a dispute between general Terms and specific sports rules, the specific rules prevail for that market.

• cx77 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including but not limited to, bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error, and to recover any winnings resulting from such an error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cx77 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with cx77 games or betting markets.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or use of criminally obtained funds on the cx77 platform.
• Accessing cx77 using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your geographic location or circumvent regional restrictions.
• Creating multiple accounts or otherwise circumventing account-level restrictions, including self-exclusion periods.
• Any conduct that cx77 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or threatening toward cx77 staff or other users.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the cx77 platform, including but not limited to the cx77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content (to the extent sublicensed to cx77 by game providers), text, and other materials, is the property of cx77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cx77 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any cx77 content without express written permission from cx77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• cx77 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cx77 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service and accepts no liability for downtime, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond its reasonable control.
• cx77's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the balance of funds held in your cx77 account at the time of the claim.
• cx77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.
• Nothing in these Terms limits cx77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

11. Responsible Gaming

cx77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following tools and policies apply:

• Deposit Limits: Account holders may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Users may set session time reminders that alert them to the duration of their gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may take a temporary break from cx77 of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period, cx77 will not send promotional communications.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel they need to stop gambling may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. cx77 will honour self-exclusion requests promptly. During a self-exclusion period, cx77 accounts cannot be reopened regardless of the account holder's request.

12. Account Closure

You may close your cx77 account at any time by contacting cx77 support via live chat. Upon closure request:

• Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cx77's operating jurisdiction under its international licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of cx77's licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local law.
